Anyone with an active Tavilo account—typically team leads, managers, and contributors who work with project intelligence. You pay for Tavilo users, not company headcount.
Can we change plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch to annual billing at any time. Changes are prorated, so you only pay for what you actually use.
Do employees need licenses?
No. There is no per-employee licensing requirement. You only pay for the people who actively use Tavilo, and you can scale up or down as your team changes.
Is AI included?
Yes. AI work insights and project intelligence are included in Business and Growth. Starter includes core project overviews and reporting, and you can add AI insights by upgrading at any time.
How is data handled?
